Key Responsibilities

The APAC sales team is responsible for evangelising a new approach to finding the right extended workforce.

  • Identifying companies that will gain most advantage from using the business talent marketplace and then positioning the solution to become established within the account as their first-choice business talent provider.
  • Use a consultative sales approach throughout to map prospect accounts and their decision-making process, so that you can engage with senior stakeholders including C-suite executives.
  • Consistently achieve/exceed your personal bookings and revenue targets and contribute to overall revenue growth for the APAC region.
  • Generating meetings with users within new and existing accounts to identify and generate qualified pipeline and revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically with support from marketing campaigns to evangelise the company’s story to prospects and clients and work with the Delivery team to ensure excellent client service.
  • Once the client is on board, you will focus on expanding the user base and overall usage, creating loyal clients who buy in increasing volume and value.
  • Act as point of contact for all requests from your designated existing clients.
  • Generate new users within existing accounts through direct outreach and driving referrals into new functions and geographies.
  • Increase Existing Account revenue growth with a focus on gaining an increasing share of spend. 
  • Track and record information on Salesforce and Salesloft and show ownership of data related to your activities.
The Candidate
  • Proven success in a sales or account management role ideally from a marketplace, staffing/recruiting, business consulting, or HCM/HR technology platform company.
  • Regional (APAC/SEA) end-to-end sales experience.
  • Track record of achieving and exceeding goals and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communications skills including an excellent command of the English language (both verbal and written).
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Highly developed complex problem-solving ability with the ability to adapt to the situation.
  • Resilience, ambition, and drive with a will to win and success.
