• This is a AP regional role based in Hong Kong.
• Research and analyse market size and data, determine market trends per country/region, establish key positioning proposition for the assigned products and services and develop product portfolio ideas for the country organizations. 
• Define positioning and USPs for the product portfolio and create content for marketing material for the country sales teams.
• Ensure up-to-date product information  and materials are created and communicated to Sales teams via various digital and offline channels.
• Liaise with country teams on country specific requirements and take charge of market introductions across the region.
• Prepare Market Segment Plans on key market trends and sizes per country/segment.
• Develop training for sales teams on USP’s, Positioning, Product info etc.
• Collaborate with members of the regional marketing team on other regional and country business activities. 

• Bachelor degree  in a technical/engineering field, 5-7 years of relevant product marketing experience in a multi-national industrial engineering company or heavy machinery manufacturer.
• Experience working with in-Country Sales and Field Directors, Country Marketing organization and AP Marketing team.
• Market and customer focused, hands-on, practical and result orientated.
• Good understanding of the industry development as well as market needs, able to identify growth opportunities in the operating units with the Sales and Field Directors.
• Experience developing and creating professional presentations, training materials, sales documents and other appropriate marketing information and tools.
• Resourceful and efficient, mature, dynamic and self-disciplined with a positive attitude.
• High sense of ownership and responsibility, delivering on time.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (preferred).
